We are an alliance of mahi mahi processing and exporting companies that was born in 2019 that seeks its sustainability and the MSC certification.
By working together with all stakeholders in the production chain, we foster and implement initiatives that help preserve this important resource.

To legally contribute to the conservation and sustainable development of mahi mahi fishery by fostering and coordinating strategic projects among relevant stakeholders of its value chain.
Our Vision
To be recognized as a leading association in the fishing sector that actively contributes towards the sustainable development of mahi mahi fishery and strengthening of its value chain.
OUR GOALS
Foster the strengthening of mahi mahi research through monitoring,
biological-fishery and ecosystem analysis.
Promote the strengthening of traceability, control and surveillance
through the use of satellite tracking systems, catch records and traceability.
Mitigation of sea turtles bycatch
through reporting and training on good handling and release practices.
Foster the strengthening and enforcement of the fisheries regulatory framework
such as the mahi mahi ROP, minimum catch size, closed seasons, etc.
Promote transparent and participatory governance
in the fisheries management to ensure the participation of stakeholders across the value chain.
Fight IUU fishing
by encouraging and supporting the formalization process of artisanal fishermen and their vessels.
